Forecasts for 2009 (Year of the Ox): Peace and calm
Happy 2009 everyone! Parties, celebrations and festivities are over. Its now time to look at 2009 with enthusiasm and excitement. Who wouldn’t be? According to the “experts” when the year of the Ox approaches, it holds promise of good fortune and “sunny days.” The Ox symbolizes strength, might, industry and dependability.
Aside from I get to shop a new planner, I’m all ears to the forecasts for the new year. Hong Kong Feng Shui expert, Raymond Lo said that, “year 2009 will be peaceful and calm, but not economic recovery.” Oh well, after what we experienced in 2008, we learned how to cope with the global economic crisis. In fact I heard that piggy banks fly off shelves in the U.S. these days. I think coping with the economic global crisis last year without resorting to bad deeds is good feng shui.
Our mantra for 2009 should be, “We can do it!” Let’s make life simple like the pooch satisfied with his Ox shirt.
